What’s happening now? (Updated 3/19/26)
- 20th, 21st, and 22nd floor residents have returned to their renovated units in Island Terrace.
- The 19th floor will complete their move back through March and the beginning of April
- The 8th floor has been relocated to their temporary units at Lake Meadows and Jackson Park Terrace. The 9th floor will be joining them soon.
- Community room and mail room are in progress.
